This session is more than a reading, it's a multidimensional healing journey through the Akashic Records, the energetic archive of your soul’s evolution across time, space, lifetimes, and dimensions. We begin by opening your Records, connecting with your higher self and spiritual team to receive soul-level insight. In this sacred space, we explore the patterns, challenges, and questions most present for you, whether around your purpose, relationships, health, decisions, or inner blocks. This is a powerful opportunity to receive guidance that is loving, truthful, and deeply resonant.

As the reading unfolds, we shift into the healing phase. Within the high-vibrational frequency of the Records, your soul reveals what is ready to be acknowledged, released, or rebalanced. This may include clearing karmic imprints, past life trauma, limiting beliefs, emotional residue, ancestral patterns, and outdated soul contracts, oaths, vows, and agreements. We may also address unconscious loops, fragmented aspects, entity removal, and energetic masks or personas that no longer serve you.

This distance energy healing session allows you to receive Reiki from anywhere in the world, transcending time and space. Reiki, meaning “universal life force energy,” is channeled with focused intention to support your energetic, emotional, and physical well-being. You’ll relax in a quiet space while I connect with your energy field remotely. Reiki flows beyond physical boundaries, gently nurturing your body, mind, and spirit into greater harmony.

What sets this session apart is the integration of Advanced Body Systems Reiki. We’ll also focus on two of the eleven key systems, such as the nervous, endocrine, digestive, reproductive, renal, respiratory, lymphatic, cardiovascular, muscular, skeletal, or integumentary systems, each session to address deep energetic imbalances, emotional holding, and ancestral imprinting.As these systems come into balance, the immune system is naturally supported, and your body regains a sense of clarity, resilience, and energetic flow.
This deeply intuitive distance healing is a sacred invitation to return to yourself, fully, lovingly, and in alignment. Together, we go beyond the visible, into the energetic architecture of your soul and body where true transformation begins.

We begin by opening your Akashic Records to explore the deeper “why” behind your current experiences, revealing patterns, imprints, ancestral threads, and karmic energies ready to be released. With intuitive guidance and soul-level healing, we clear what no longer serves you, making space for clarity, peace, and reconnection.

To complete your session, we move into Distance Reiki and focused Advanced Body Systems healing. Each session supports a maximum of two body systems, chosen based on what your body and energy field need most at the time. This integrative work gently restores balance in the physical body, supporting systems such as the immune, nervous, digestive, endocrine, reproductive, cardiovascular, lymphatic, muscular, skeletal, respiratory, renal, and integumentary systems. Reiki flows where it’s most needed, anchoring emotional and spiritual healing into the physical body and allowing alignment to ripple through every layer of your being.

About Me
My Journey
Hello, my name is Cassie, founder of Awakened Holistic Healings. I’m married to my best friend, and together we’re raising two beautiful little ones, they’re the heart and soul of my world and a powerful part of my 'why.' My path into this work began after the birth of my youngest, during a time when I was navigating my own health challenges. Delays in care and frustration with the limitations of the traditional medical system led me to ask deeper questions, and to seek out answers beyond the surface. I wanted to get to the root cause, to understand what my body, mind, and spirit were trying to tell me. I realized that I didn’t just need treatment; I needed transformation.

Through my journey, I discovered the undeniable truth that the body holds onto unprocessed emotions, trauma, and stress, when left unresolved manifest themselves as physical symptoms. As I began to further explore holistic healing, I dedicated myself to the very modalities I now offer, Reiki and the Akashic Records, and it changed everything. They gave me not only relief, but remembrance. They reminded me that healing is possible when we approach ourselves with compassion, curiosity, and courage.

Awakened Holistic Healings was born from that space, of turning inward, listening deeply, and healing consciously. The modalities I offer are the ones that have supported me most powerfully on my own path. They fill my cup, and I am honored to now hold space for others to experience their own breakthroughs, clarity, and transformation.

I have had issues with spasms in my back for over 12 years. I have always been told that this was due to old age. I am now 89 years old and no better now. I was given Cassie’s name and number by my daughter after she told me about her session with Cassie, so I decided I would give it a try. I was a little apprehensive but what the heck nothing else was working. After my first Reiki session with Cassie the spasms in back disappeared, they spasms were gone.
